The cooperation starts with paying the first invoice of 200€ (one-time). This amount will immediately be credited to your account for rides.
We’ll add a responsible person from your company to the account. They will manage it via browser or mobile app and have access to spending overviews, rides, and active employees.
We know you’re busy. That’s why we’ll send you a ready-to-use email template that explains everything to your colleagues. Any extra questions can be directed to our customer support.
You don’t need to add them manually or deal with benefit cards. Employees sign up and activate the benefit themselves. No company credit card required.
After the initial 200€ credit is used up, you only pay for actual rides (e.g., in Tallinn a 30-minute ride costs 1.25€ incl. VAT). We invoice quarterly for the total company usage.
Our customer support is available daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. We’re happy to help with anything and will resolve issues quickly. Employees can contact us directly from the app.
No problem. That employee will receive a unique link to switch their personal account to a corporate one and start using the company benefit.
The responsible person managing the company account can simply remove them. Their account will then revert to a personal one and lose access to the company benefit.
Yes, the cooperation is flexible and not bound by any contract term. If you decide to stop early on, the unused portion of the initial 200 € will be returned as vouchers—perfect as Christmas gifts, for example.
