How can I activate it?Download the Rekola app
1. Open the app
Go to the Subscriptions & benefits section via menu in the upper left corner.
2. Activate your Subscription Standard
Tap on Subscription Standard and then the Activate button. Subscription costs 2,49 EUR per month. You can easily end your subscription here at any time.
3. Go get a bike
Just scan the QR code on a selected bike and the lock will open automatically.

How do I activate the Subscription Standard?
Download the Rekola Bikesharing app and create an account.
Then you can activate the subscription via menu (upper left corner icon) in the Subscriptions & benefits section.
How much does the Subscription Standard cost?
The subscription monthly cost is 2.49 EUR in Tallinn.
How many rides are included in the Subscription Standard?
The subscription covers four 30-minute rides each month. From the second month, you get one extra ride as a bonus included in the price of subscription (a total of five 30-minute rides).
How Subscription works for a longer ride or a second bike?
The subscription only covers 4 (+ bonus) rides of up to 30 minutes on one bike.
Anything extra (longer ride or second bike) is billed in 30-minute intervals: 1.25 EUR for every half hour started.
What happens if I use all four rides within the Subscription Standard?
You can keep riding. Extra rides within the prepaid month will be paid separately according to Single rides tariff. Rekola app will notify you about the pricing change before renting.
If you ride often, consider upgrading to our Subscription Premium that includes unlimited 30-minute rides.
How do I cancel the Subscription Standard?
In the Rekola app, go to the Subscriptions & benefits section and tap on the Subscription Standard. Then tap the 'End subscription' button.
After ending the subscription, you can still continue renting bikes. You will pay for each ride separately according to Single rides tariff.
